  • Toni Aspin

    As an experienced leader, coach, and educator, Dr. Toni Aspin empowers organizations and executives to make informed decisions and innovative choices by untangling limiting assumptions and embracing possibilities. Toni welcomes clients into a robust learning environment grounded in shared practices of multi-perspectival inquiry and inclusive thinking.

     

    Over her 30-plus-year career, she has held leadership roles in both the profit and nonprofit sectors and since 2011 leads her own coaching consultancy practice focused on leadership development and organizational effectiveness practices.
      
    Aspin earned a PhD in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies. For her doctoral dissertation Toni investigated how corporate governance might be reframed to reflect a participatory worldview and envisioned what the impact of this shift might look like in boardroom dynamics.
